BACK TO WORK - CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 EPIDEMIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Good news - we're happy to announce that AlphaESS is on its way back to normal.

Although caught off guard by unprecedented difficulties, now we have finally made our way to resume production amid the national fight against novel coronavirus outbreak, with active precautions.

We closely monitor the relevant progress and adapt our resources to the needs of our customers in good time.

AlphaESS takes a step-by-step approach to ramping up production processes based on the supply chain and logistics without compromising the safety of the employees. We are carefully monitoring the situation and working closely with relevant government agencies and stakeholders to plan and act accordingly.

Under this circumstance, however, our delivery time is likely to be slightly extended. The virus has a system-wide and global influence not only in production, but also subsequently in logistics and before that in the upstream supply chain or raw material extraction. If you have already placed the order before the Chinese New Year, congratulations, the orders are now in process and our sales representatives will update you the ETD of each order.

If you have not placed the order yet but have some recent order plans please contact us ASAP, so that the production and delivery time could be confirmed as early as possible.

It will take us some time to digest existing orders before the Chinese New Year, and our capacity is almost fully occupied till mid-March. We have implemented plans to increase the efficiency of production and working hard to compensate for the lost production capacity loss during the break.

We are taking all necessary measurements to ensure everything will be back to normal after mid-March. We will always do our best to meet all the clients' needs. Meanwhile we do appreciate your patience, understanding and support to work through this ramp-up!
