AlphaESS Strengthens East Africa Presence with Kenya Subsidiary Grand Opening and Participation in Powerelec Kenya 2025

2025-11-19

NAIROBI, Kenya – November 18, 2025 – AlphaESS, a global leader in energy storage solutions and services, has officially launched its new subsidiary in Kenya. The Nairobi-based office marks a significant milestone in the company's strategic expansion across Africa and establishes a solid foundation in the key East African market.

This move into Kenya builds on AlphaESS's successful entries into other major African markets, including South Africa and Nigeria. Kenya was selected as an operational hub for AlphaESS in Africa, recognized for its favorable energy policies and vibrant distributed solar and storage market.

To celebrate the launch, AlphaESS hosted an exclusive opening event at the new Nairobi office, attended by local partners, distributors, installers, and industry stakeholders. The theme, "Hello Kenya: Powering Africa's Energy Future", reflected the company's long-term vision for the region.

The event commenced with a welcome networking session over sparkling wine and refreshments. The formal proceedings began with an opening address by Ray, Head of AlphaESS Kenya, followed by a celebratory toast to officially inaugurate the new office.

Coinciding with the launch, AlphaESS showcased its cutting-edge energy storage systems at Powerelec Kenya 2025. Visitors to the booth explored the latest residential and commercial solutions, including the flexible, scalable, and intelligent SMILE and STORION series. Throughout the exhibition, the AlphaESS team engaged with local distributors, project developers, and industry experts, discussing opportunities in the fast-evolving African energy landscape.

Beware of the Brand
Infringement of AlphaESS

Recently, a severe infringement and fraud issue has caught our attention. A FAKE application with a FAKE logo, a FAKE website https://www.alphaessinvest.com/ and even FAKE videos under the name of AlphaESS are now spreading all over India, attempting to seduce people to invest money in energy storage systems by using a FAKE AlphaESS logo and real AlphaESS products photos.

It's obvious that they are looting money by using a FAKE AlphaESS brand and have seriously violated the intellectual property rights of AlphaESS.

AlphaESS shall spare no efforts and no costs to go against the violation by all means legally before more people get deceived.
