The highlight of the exhibition was the debut of two liquid-cooled energy storage systems engineered for high-load scenarios, drawing significant interest from industry partners and professional visitors.

For utility-scale applications, the Aster TB250/TB500 is a liquid-cooled energy storage system housed in a highly integrated 20-foot container. Its factory pre-assembled design allows for rapid deployment and commissioning on site. The system features intelligent liquid-cooling thermal management to ensure high energy density and stable operation, providing a reliable solution for large-capacity energy demands.

For the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector, AlphaESS introduced the STORION-LC 836 liquid-cooled outdoor cabinet. Supporting parallel operation of up to 8 units, it offers flexible scalability and layout options to adapt to diverse site conditions.

Both new products prioritize rapid installation, grid compatibility, and long-term stability. Safety is paramount. Their designs comply with the UL 9540A standard and incorporate multi-level fire and electrical protection to mitigate environmental impact and operational risks.

Also showcased was the Aster 5000 liquid-cooled system. Its space-saving back-to-back installation significantly improves site utilization. Equipped with an advanced BMS featuring active cell balancing technology, it extends battery lifecycle by over 10%, maximizing long-term return on investment.

All-in-One Solutions for C&I and Residential Markets

To address the local pain points of various energy users, AlphaESS presented a versatile product lineup:

• For Small C&I Users: The STORION-H30/H50-G3 all-in-one hybrid system arrives pre-assembled for simplified installation. It supports parallel operation of up to 10 units (on-grid) and 4 units (off-grid), offering flexibility through its hybrid coupling method.

• For Medium C&I Users: The STORION-LC-TB125 outdoor cabinet leverages active balancing and intelligent liquid cooling to maintain system temperature difference within 3°C, ensuring reliable performance in complex environments.

• For Residential Users: The flagship SMILE-G3 series is designed to align with Poland's current subsidy trends. It features a high-voltage battery system with up to 111.6 kWh energy capacity and 200% PV oversizing to maximize self-consumption. Integrated with Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology, it allows households to participate in grid stabilization markets (e.g., Very Fast FCAS), unlocking new revenue streams while supporting a more resilient grid for smart energy management.
