AlphaESS has provided PT. CHARGED R&D with a complete off-grid energy solution consisting of a 150 kW/612 kWh AlphaESS STORION-TB150 solar storage system and a 165 kW diesel generator. This solution enables the 16,000 sqm facility that produces 230,000 electric motorcycles to operate solely on renewable solar energy and achieve energy independence from the unreliable Indonesian National Grid. Despite encountering a risk of overcharging during design, the AlphaESS team successfully devised a new solution to avoid this danger.
